Biography
Len Linardakis is a Partner with the Firm. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2007. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has been a patent practitioner since 2007. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University in 1992; an M.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1998; and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in 2007. His practice areas include Intellectual Property Law Counseling, Patent Law, Trademark Law and Copyright Law.
