Biography

Alan Taboada is a Partner with the Firm. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 2003; and the New York Bar in 2004. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has been a patent practitioner since 2001. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University in 1990; an M.B.A. from Rutgers University in 1998; and a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School in 2003. His practice areas include Intellectual Property Law Counseling, Patent Law, Trademark Law and Copyright Law.
